At the GNSO Council teleconference Bruce Tonkin proposed to schedule a call
for Tuesday 2 December at 19:00 UTC to give Council members the opportunity
to consult with their constituencies on the Staff Manager's Issue Report on
the Need for a Predictable Procedure for Changes in the Operation of TLD
Registries.
