I also wanted to pass on a conflict of interest declaration on the .net
reassignment issue. Tucows is a shareholder of Afilias Inc. who may wish
to be a bidder in the reassignment process. As such, I am recusing
myself from discussion of agenda item #3 regarding "Criteria for
designating a successor for the .net registry Version 9 (revised)" and
assign my proxy for the purpose of voting on any issues related to this
agenda item to Alick Wilson who may vote this proxy as he sees fit.
