The next Council meeting was scheduled for 10 June 2004.

I will not be available for the next 2 weeks, so I would like to request
that the meeting be re-scheduled for Wednesday 16 June 2004: 
5:00 am LA, 8:00 am Washington, 12:00 UTC, 10:00 pm Melbourne
