There is a new section  which can be accessed in the left hand side of 
the page
http://gnso.icann.org/
titled:
"Current draft documents"
http://gnso.icann.org/drafts/

This new space is intended for all working documents that are in not yet 
in a final stage and could still be changed as the work progresses.
