[council] Need for ICANN travel funding

All,
      I will not be able to participate in ICANN meetings in Cairo without ICANN travel upport.  As a GNSO Council member and member of my consituency's executive committee it is my duty to be an active participant.  My employer, while generously funding my time away from my "day job" will not pay for travel expenses.
