Hello Philip,

The same trend is apparent in the Board minutes.  There is a trade off
between "transparency", and providing essential information.

I tend to send a short summary of the GNSO motions to the Board out of
the list that Glen provides immediately after the GNSO meeting.

Perhaps the best approach is some sort of exec summary at the beginning
that identifies the decisions made, and the voting to make those
decisions, followed by a more detailed "transcript" for those that want
to know what each Council member said.
