[council] Update on me

All,

I want to thank everyone over the past few weeks for their thoughts, prayers and support during this difficult time.  I truly appreciated the get well wishes, cards, flowers, etc.  This is truly a unique industry to which I am happy to be a part of.

Just about two weeks ago, I was admitted to the hospital with a case of Lyme Meningitis (which resulted in inflammation around the brain).  In addition to the severe headaches, the condition resulted in a what they tell me is a temporary paralysis of the left side of my face.  Although the inflammation has gone down, I may have to deal with the temporary paralysis in my face for a few additional weeks.  Basically feels like my head is constantly full of Novocain that you get at the dentist.  My speech has been a little bit affected, but not too bad considering what could have happened.

Things are slowly getting better and I am starting to reengage back in work activities.  I look forward to getting back into the swing of things and again thank you all for your patience and support.
