Hi,

I agree with Wendy's first comment, as this changed wording would remove 
any preconception a WG member may have that a certain result is 
preferential over another or a certain question actually requires a 
solution. Phrasing the questions in a neutral, non-leading manner will 
possibly improve the result of the WG.

If the number of question could be condensed by combining them into 
theme complexes that may be an option, but in general, I have no issue 
with a broad scope. The questions are each important enough to deserve 
at least consideration and review by the WG.
