As requested, please find attached a copy of the IGO-INGO Curative Rights
Protection WG letter to the GNSO Council.

Phil Corwin, one of the WG co-chairs, has also asked me to convey his hope
that Mason will be able to engage with the GAC on this issue sooner rather
than later.
