[council] Council weekend sessions: Final call for agenda items for our guests

Hi,

Another question I would be interested in is: how do they plan to deal
with the European Court of Justice ruling in data transfer and Safe
Harbor, especially in regard to RAA, Whois and Privacy/Proxy. Might be a
question for Theresa, though it could also concern the Board.

We also need to ask ourselves how this affects any of the PDP underway
or about to start. do any of the charters need to be amended to take
new issues and realities into account.

I know that the PSWG is created under the auspices of the GAC, but I want to understand the relationship. For context, the PSWG has recently provided comments on two issues that I am aware of and on both occasions the comments were extremely late. Does ICANN give any preferential treatment to comments received from the PSWG because of their relationship with the GAC?

Expertise in bridge-building and developing trust in the current environment is going to be super important.

I don't think we have received anything sensible: just a long list of projects with beginning and end dates although I stand to be corrected. Some kind of impact analysis that shows how one project impacts another and so on would be helpful.

I have already received a small number of topics for some of the sessions, but would prefer more input, hence this request.
