[council] Call for Volunteers: GNSO Council Liaisons

Hi,

If we have a GNSO Wrap-Up session in Hyderabad (not sure we will) where we have previously settled liaisons to various groups chartered by the Council, then incoming councillors will be able to step up, right? They should be seated Councillors at that point.
