Thanks very much, Donna, for keeping us on top of the moving target that is Helsinki schedule.


On the overlap between the ccNSO cross community session on geographic names and the RPM PDP WG, I'm afraid that conflict isn't likely to be resolved. The ccNSO is hosting the session (not the CWG Country and Territory Names) and acknowledges that GNSO participation may be limited due to the overlap. I'm not happy with this but I haven't been able to shift the thinking.

The Helsinki Schedule has been posted. It seems ICANN is using a new software package and the display will take some getting used to-I'm still trying to work it out myself. The 'grid' option from the schedule dropdown menu is probably the best option.

There may be some changes to come in the after 3pm schedule. We lost 30 minutes from Monday afternoon because of the Host's Reception that starts at 6.30 and is not at the venue. So at this point there is only one Cross Community Discussion topic scheduled.

There is currently a conflict between the Country and Other Geographic Names Forum and the RPMs Cross Community Discussion on Wednesday and I believe there are efforts under way to resolve this.

The planning committee is expected to have a call this week to go over a few outstanding items, so there may be some changes, but hopefully these will be minimal.
