Per Heather Forrest: "mid-way through the Council meeting I will stay on the phone but drop off Adobe to get to the airport for a flight to Perth. The flight time is 30 mins after our Council call is scheduled to end, but unfortunately we've run over in Council meetings lately, so I will likely miss whatever happens after our scheduled stop time. All the votes are on the front end of the meeting, but in case I have any connectivity issues it would be prudent to do the proper process so that Paul has my proxy if I drop off. I don't expect problems, but it's better to be prepared than to cause issues on the day."
