GNSO Council,

On Council Leadership's behalf, I am forwarding the revised draft of comments for ICANN's Reserve Fund Target Level.  Per Heather's suggestion on the call yesterday, she has revised the draft comment essentially directing ICANN Org to comments submitted by the SGs/Cs.  I kept this version in red-line form for ease of comparison.

Please review the attached version.  Absent any objections, staff will accept changes to this document and submit it to the forum at 23:59 today.
