Dear Rafik, Ayden, Martin, all,

 I understood the interventions as we wrapped up Donna's review of the
"evil spreadsheet" as that, in view of the tremendous volume of work we now
have on our collective plates as Council (liaison expectation
documentations, refilling liaison roles, White Paper on PDP incremental
improvements, ICANN61 planning), we would do well to leave the comment
opportunity to SG/Cs, and that would also give the individual SG/Cs room to
leverage the specific and individualised experience with Fellows in their
communities.   If I have misunderstood and there's a clear need for Council
itself to make a statement, I'll encourage any and all to jump in here and
say so.
