Dear Steve, 

Lots of the text, quite important for Contracted Parties, including the composition of the team,
 which was discussed and agreed upon before this version of the document went out
just missing, the only item left is 'technically feasible', while there are still concerns on operational feasibility 
from the CPH side.

Please find the text (which will be useful during the deliberations)
attached (edits are visible and consistent with the e-mail exchange of 19sep2019) .
