of an ICANN meeting should give top priority to the SO
councils.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

on that second day - informationals, workshops, public fora, advisory committee
reports, second days for constituencies etc , should fit around the optimal
times for those SO Council meetings.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
