considering attending the working group meetings, you would have to

leave  Dallas at the latest on Thursday mar 23  in order to even arrive

in Auckland on the 1st day of any proposed  weekend meeting . you would

have traveled at least 23 hours and arrived the morning of the 1st

meeting day  (if it was a sat & Sunday meeting)..<br>

given that the overwhelming majority of the members of this TF will  be

flying at least 15 hours to go to new Zealand, i believe that in order

to be both physically & mentally "effective" for the <u><big><b>entire</b></big></u>

icann meeting, it is essential that some "down time" be provided for.. <br>

<br>

this is why i proposed a weekend break  prior to the actual meeting

start.. <br>
