<DIV class=RTE>I suggest that if you have suggestions, it would be helpful to try to address them online, by submitting questions or suggested edits, if you have them. The drafters will gather such inputs from fellow councilors and try to organize suggested changes so that the Council can consider the Statement of Work and make a decision at the upcoming Council meeting. </DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>Maria, can you provide the RFC numbers from earlier work that was done, and also fill in the 'blank' on the link to the relevant TF PDP? I believe you have the RFC numbers from your earlier short paper. Also, when the working group meets, I'd like to ensure that they have that document, and any other relevant materials staff may be able to provide as background.  </DIV>
