and I have used the Topics List and the comments to craft the Initial Report
draft. The goal is to get an agreed draft of the Initial Report published for
community comment in the first week of February which will mean that the
various ICANN communities can discuss it in Delhi as well as on lists.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

re-drafted and moved across to the draft Initial Report. So it is the draft
