<div>Note that although Paul S., Ross, and Taryn are listed as RrC participants I do not recall them having been on the calls or voicing support one way or the other. Paul D. and I did reach out to the RrC as best we could for any concerns, but several RrC members were involved in the previous work that had been done on the subject and registrar views were very well known by Paul and myself and the other RrC members who participated on the drafting team.</div>
