a motion for Council consideration and action at its open meeting 4 March in
Mexico City. The motion is attached for your review, and it has been

working definitions” for key terms referenced in various study
suggestions, and a revised chart that<span lang=EN> contains all the studies
being considered by the GNSO Council, amended to reflect the grouping of
certain overlapping or similar studies into "clusters" identified by
letter. Hopefully this chart will make it a bit easier to refer to from
the study group references in the motion.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN>Avri and Chuck have asked me to urge you to review
the motion carefully, forward to your constituencies quickly for their review,
and be prepared to take action on the motion at the Wednesday 4 March
