137K] in response to the At-Large Advisory Committee's (ALAC) request for such
a guide. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

service to all in the ICANN Community to assist in understanding ICANN's
Registrar Accreditation Agreement, entered into between ICANN and each of its
accredited Registrars. The Guide does not represent a legal interpretation of
the RAA, and the Guide does not alter or amend the terms of the RAA. More
