between "public" and phone call meetings (which are public to a certain
extent, too). The public meeting shouldn't be seen as a show where
perfect work is presented. It's a 2 hours working session as

size=2> On the one hand I prefer
having motions well prepared that we're able to achieve results by
voting. On the other hand more and more it's going to happen that alternate
motions are presented where positions of 2 sides are fixed and where we can't
find majority in both houses either. In those cases I would
encourage on the fly wording up to the last moment in order to find a
potential compromise solution rather than going home with
nothing.</FONT></SPAN></P>
