<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB" lang=EN-GB><FONT size=3><FONT face=Cambria>We wish to emphasize the importance of the bottom-up multi-stakeholder approach and request that in formulating any further changes to and new elements for the final version of the Applicant Guidebook, the Board fully consider the input provided by the GNSO. <o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
