This report documented the completion of work as defined in the extended charter and,</p><p style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 13pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: normal; margin-top: 10px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; ">The Joint SO/AC Working Group received and discussed the public comments, and</p><p style="font-size: 10pt;
