of the GNSO Council call on October 6, to have confirmation that I have
been in email communication with Tim Ruiz and Mason Cole (as well as my US GAC
colleague) regarding the original opening paragraph in the Registrar Consti<span class="500460221-05102011">t</span>uency motion outlining a proposed approach to
addressing LEA concerns that have been endorsed by the GAC as the motion
has neither been reviewed nor endorsed by either the GAC or their respective LEA
