In Singapore that issue did not go over so well and we had a number of board members express their displeasure at having that discussion. My question to you is whether that topic is a Council issue or whether that issue is the type of issue that should be taken up directly with the board by you, your stakeholder group, etc. The Council is responsible for managing policy work and personally I am not sure this falls within that purview. <br><br>That said, I just gave you my personal view (not that of my stakeholder group or as vice chair).
