In consultation with the IRTP Part B Working Group, ICANN Staff prepared these proposals which were subsequently put out for public comment (see <a href="http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-2-22nov11-en.htm">http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-2-22nov11-en.htm</a>).
