The changes are:<br> Joint letter: The date in the first paragraph has been adjusted (December 2012 -> December 2011)<br>CcNSO and loint letter: The paragraph on consultation of SSAC, GAC and ALAC has been changed to reflect the publication of SAC 052 on Single Character IDN TLDs on 31 January.
