</span><span lang="EN">reiterate the IPC’s support for this motion and underscore that the IPC’s decision to oppose the motion was not based on the merits of the final report; rather, </span>“in the interest of consistency and predictability” the
<span lang="EN">IPC </span>believed the GNSO Council rules needed to be followed.<o:p></o:p></p>
