As you may be aware, the ATRT2 Draft Report (see <a href="http://www.icann.org/en/about/aoc-review/atrt/draft-recommendations-15oct13-en.pdf">http://www.icann.org/en/about/aoc-review/atrt/draft-recommendations-15oct13-en.pdf</a>) includes a number of recommendations concerning the GNSO PDP, some of which closely relate to those under discussion by the GNSO Council. We thought it could be helpful to include those in the overview to facilitate the discussions. As noted in the action items, 'Council members are requested to encourage their groups to review the
proposed improvements and consider which suggestions can be supported
