At the time I was displeased that the letter did not give the vote count, but was distracted and did not say anything at the time.<br><br>It allows the reader to assume that it was passed by a large margin, or even super majority as most things sent by the council, as opposed to having the barest of majorities.<br><br>I think the letter should have given the full results.<br><br>It is my fault as well, as I should have made a statement when I voted against this.
