<p class="MsoNormal">The total bill is 2009 pages long. I have just reviewed Division O (Other Matters) but the DOTCOM Act is not in it, nor is it in the Department of Commerce provisions in Division B (NTIA section starts p. 115; all DOC provisions run from
pp. 109-132). There is no other part of the legislation in which it would likely be placed.<o:p></o:p></p>
