<div>Following up on Donna’s email below, I would like to confirm that there have been issues with the Reply to All function on some newly created mailing lists hosted on Mailman and IT are looking into this. However, the Council list is not one which has been
affected by these issues.</div>

<div>If you are concerned that you may be having issues, please try to reply to all, if the “To” slot does not populate, please, as Donna said, copy and paste the mailing list url, and the issue will be temporarily solved, but also, please raise this to gnso-secs@icann.org
