<p class="MsoNormal">Staff have highlighted to the Board the fact that the GNSO is interested in the specific question as to the status of the IGO “small group” proposal. The Board is of course aware of the GNSO Council’s letter of 31 May, and while the Council
may not have expected a formal response before Helsinki, staff have also noted that the “small group” is likely to be raised in discussion of the overall RC/IGO topic with Board members in Helsinki.<o:p></o:p></p>
