I am painfully aware of suffering from sleep deprivation,
but I don't quite<br>
see how that addresses the issue of NCA's. As the NCA's

any of the officially recognized stakeholder groups, it
might of course be<br>
possible for one of the stakeholder groups to
nominate/select one of NCA's,<br>
but the NCA's themselves could not nominate anyone.<br>
