<pre><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This has come about because James Bladel held the proxy for Jen Gore who has left the Council and the Registrar Stakeholder Group has not yet elected a replacement. In the absence of a second email address for James, and with his consent, his email was added to the voters list twice with a different weight so that he could receive two separate ballots and so could exercise his proxy vote.<o:p></o:p></span></pre>
