Stakeholder Group and Constituencies are asked to identify members that have knowledge of and experience with the GNSO Review and/or GNSO operating procedures and/or processes (for example, previous members of the GNSO Review Working Party and current members of the SCI).”<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri'>The main difference between members and participants is that ‘Consensus calls should involve at a minimum the Stakeholder Group/Constituency appointed members’. This is similar to the format that has been used for the transition-related CCWGs in which the appointed members have a specific co-ordination role as well as decision-making role in relation to the recommendations.
