<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IE">As Chartering Organisations of the CWG IANA Stewardship you will be fully aware of the historic IANA Stewardship Transition which came into effect on 01 October 2016.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IE">As co-chairs of the CWG IANA Stewardship, we have taken the step of writing to the CWG in order to thank the group as well as the ICANN staff that supported the group, for all of their significant work over the past couple
of years. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IE">In addition to the deserved thanks communicated to all, we have confirmed to the group that we view our task as complete. For the record and in summary, we have completed the following:</span><o:p></o:p></p>
