Hi All,
Just a quick reminder that the motion and document deadline for the upcoming Council meeting is today (Monday 3 July at 23.59 UTC). As the GAC Advice is limited to one item, do you think it would be feasible to consider it during the upcoming meeting on 13 July? If so, you would need to submit at a minimum the motion by today’s deadline, with the template following shortly to allow for sufficient time to review. If there is anything else staff can do to assist, please let me know.

Michele, Phil, Paul, thank you for volunteering to work on the GNSO Review of the GAC Communique. Attached you will find the template that has been filled out with the GAC Advice. To facilitate your work, I’ve included the GNSO response to the Copenhagen Communique on this topic as a reference. Also attached you will find a draft motion. Note that the deadline for submission of motions and documents for the upcoming meeting is 3 July. I know the Council discussed a possible longer timeframe for developing a response but as the GAC Advice only concerns one item, it may be feasible to meet the deadline for the upcoming meeting? If there is anything else that staff can do to assist, please let me know.
