<p class="MsoNormal">Please find attached draft GNSO Council comments on Proposed Incremental Changes to ICANN Meetings Strategy. These comments have been drafted by Michele Neylon, Carlos Raul Gutierrez and myself and are now submitted to Council for consideration.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">These comments include some high level comments about ICANN meetings that go beyond the intended scope of the public comment being sought. Michele, Carlos and I understand that the Council as a whole may not agree with the general sentiment
of the comments and as such welcome your feedback.<o:p></o:p></p>
