The Contracted Parties House <a href="https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/council/2018-March/020998.html">expressed concerns</a> on this mailing list regarding this topic, and these concerns were taken back to the SCBO where no objections were raised to removing this bullet point.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>The SCBO very much appreciates the Council's input and advice over the past few weeks as we have collaboratively generated this comment.
