 fellows coach themselves), then a senior fellow coach three times, and in theory, they could then become a booth lead. I say 'in theory' because while I am aware of fellows who have exhausted that programme, been coaches and senior coaches, and gone on to
 become booth leads, I do not know of any NextGen alumni who have done this. But I think it would be possible. The NextGen and fellowship programmes are meant to be separate and distinct. I find it very problematic that there is an overlap of participants between
