1. GAC advices the ICANN Board to take all steps necessary to ensure

and implementation
of a access model that addresses accreditation, authentication,<br>
access and accountability, and applies to all contracted
parties as quickly as possible

2. GAC asks the ICANN Board to publish status report four weeks
prior to ICANN63</p>

In the rationale, they state "In order to protect the public

unified access model is of utmost importance. The GAC considers
that direct involvement<br>
and action is required by ICANN Org to facilitate and support

They will also have advice on IGO identifiers, basically being
unhappy that<br>
the board hasn't followed previous advice.<br>
