in a new email newsletter format instead of a PDF attachment. </span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="color:black">Given the Council’s role as the policy manager of GNSO PDPs and the rapid progression of the EPDP Team’s work, staff proposes to subscribe all Council members so that you will automatically
receive the weekly update in a timely manner. This will only involve the email address you use to receive messages from the Council list and you will not receive any information other than the weekly update as your email address will only be subscribed for
that specific purpose. Staff will also unsubscribe Council members when their terms on the Council come to an end.
