<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Attached is an updated draft GNSO Council response to the ICANN Board’s 14 November letter concerning the EPDP, and specifically requesting an update on possible back-up plans.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">I previously circulated a draft on 26 December and received one request to avoid enumerating any specific back-up plan considerations. I have removed those in the attached letter, other than where we refer to the EPDP
Initial Report language. I also added some other general text. Rafik, Pam and I are all in agreement this letter is ready to go.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
