<p class="MsoNormal">For all Councilors, I want to take this opportunity to flag an important component of the GNSO Council motion: With super-majority approval of the Phase 1 Final Report, the GNSO Council will also formally indicate our non-objection to
the EPDP WG transitioning to Phase 2 and the long-awaited discussions around a Standardized Access Model for Non-Public Registration Data, or Uniform Access Model. The EPDP Charter requires such non-objection of Council to be recorded so the EPDP WG can begin
the next phase of its work. The GNSO Council’s approval of the Phase 1 Final Report is the foundation for the UAM work to come.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I look forward to our further discussions on 14 February and 21 February, and on 4 March if needed.
