<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12pt">At the request of Council Leadership in Kobe, the Co-chairs of the RPM PDP have put together an updated workplan and timeline, which I attach. Please note that the new timeline takes us to the end of April
2020 before the WG submits its Phase 1 Final report to us. In related news, we also asked the 3 co-chairs to confirm that they could commit to the remainder of Phase 1 and that they could work together in a productive manner. I received commitments from
2 of the 3 and have sent a reminder to the third. <u></u><u></u></span></p>
