<p class="MsoNormal">Attached is the latest and hopefully final version of the Council’s review of the ICANN 65 GAC Communique.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It references and reinforces previous GNSO Council statements on the relevant topics, as the GAC didn’t add anything new in Marrakech.<o:p></o:p></p>
